TEACHERS HELPING TEACHERS: WHAT WORKS IS WORTH SHARING
"PLUGGED, UNPLUGGED.... WHATEVER!"
**Chase Collegiate School**
January 27, 2011
9:30 - 3:00

As we prepare to present our fourth program in this very successful series we’ve heard from attendees time and again that some of the best professional development comes from spending a day with colleagues learning from each other – “What Works is Worth Sharing”. Participants in these programs learn about best practices, lesson plans, innovative projects and pedagogical techniques that have had a significant impact on students and schools. Sessions may include the use of technology or not ... body, mind, spirit projects ... anything that your colleagues feel can and should be shared with fellow educators. “Plugged, Unplugged…Whatever” – You’ll have an opportunity to learn about projects that don’t necessarily include the use of technology: Team and community building, debate, theatre, dance, art, experiential and project based learning and ideas for the setting and meeting professional development goals within your school. You'll find there's something for every grade level and discipline.

Ultimately, these events are about "sharing excellence”. So join your colleagues as they share what they love!
